Key Features
- Anonymous Reporting Center: Employees can anonymously report compliance violations (e.g., fraud, harassment, bribery) through a secure portal accessed via the Employee Center. The system protects reporter identity and location by automatically logging out users, not linking submissions to employee records, and using CAPTCHA verification. Each report generates a unique report key and number for confidential follow-up. Investigators can communicate with reporters via a comments system while maintaining full anonymity.
- AI-Driven Compliance Case Summarization: After upgrading to Now Assist for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) version 22.x, compliance analysts can leverage AI to generate concise summaries of compliance cases. Now Assist analyzes key attributes such as timelines, impacted areas, evidence, and actions, consolidating scattered data into a single narrative. Analysts can save and update summaries to keep case records current, reducing investigation time and improving decision consistency.
- ServiceNow AI Platform Tiers: The AI platform offers three licensing tiers—Foundation, Advanced, and Prime—providing varying levels of AI capabilities, from basic insights to autonomous AI agents. Access to features depends on customer entitlements.
