Agent Workspace - Ribbon (com.snc.agent_workspace.ribbon): Planned for deprecation in the C release. Beginning with the Australia release this plugin will be migrated to a store application. Upgrade your instance to Australia or later release versions and the store applications will be automatically installed.
Browser requirements
Configurable Workspace doesn’t support mobile devices, Internet Explorer, or Microsoft Edge. Instead, use Microsoft Edge, Chromium or one of the other supported browsers that are listed in Browser support.
