Activation and Integration
Sales Forecasting is available for installation through the ServiceNow Store by submitting a request. It integrates well with related applications such as Customer Service Management, which enhances customer issue resolution, and Opportunity Management, which supports sales agents with product recommendations and seamless conversion of opportunities to quotes.
