    New in the Australia release

    Using Dynamic Guidance
    Dynamic Guidance provides an assistance that is fully embedded within the product, enabling users to access relevant information without navigating away from their Workflow.

    Deprecated features

    Starting with the Australia release, Guided Setup is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported. For details, see the Deprecation Process [KB0867184] article in the Now Support Knowledge Base.

    Activation information

    Adoption Services is active by default with the plugins. Do not activate this feature.

    Accessibility information

    Guided Tours
    Guided Tours is enhanced with more accessibility features including:
    • Descriptive page titles
    • Keyboard assistance for suggesting required fields through screen reader
    • Keyboard assistance for focussed user interface controls like, tool tip icons and check-boxes
