The ServiceNow® Recruitment workspace application provides a flexible workspace for you as a recruiter to manage, prioritize, and perform your work. Recruitment workspace was enhanced and updated in the Australia release.

- Substitute interviewer
- Substitute an interviewer for any interview on a job where you're part of the hiring team, from Recruitment workspace. You don't need to reschedule the interview or update invites.
- List view in Recruitment workspace
- Monitor interview health from the Needs attention list view in Recruitment workspace.

- Get overview of recruitment workload
- View all the job requisitions where you're listed as an additional recruiter or recruitment coordinator, on the home page cards and list view in Recruitment workspace. Previously, only the primary recruiter saw these requisitions in Recruitment workspace.
Activation information
Install Recruitment workspace by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store. Additional requirements
The Hiring Core application provides essential data models and shared components for Hiring Experiences. The application must be activated.
