    Setup Hub features

    Enhanced Admin Home experience
    Leverage an enhanced Admin Home dashboard to centralize access to Now Assist for Setup and key applications, with context‑aware guidance and recommended next actions, available after installing the Now Assist for Setup store app.
    Centralized application setup
    You can now set up Now Assist Admin and other entitled applications directly from Admin Home using a guided experience that installs required components and applies default configurations from a single starting point.
    Product module Product Hubs
    You can now access product‑specific Product Hubs from Admin Home to discover, install, and configure entitled Now Assist products through guided setup flows that install required components and apply default configurations.
    Guided module configuration
    Configure the Platform module and applicable product modules from a unified configuration experience that guides you through module‑specific setup, with the Platform module appearing only when the selected product includes platform‑level changes for the installation.
    Tiered SKU support
    Setup Hub added support for Advanced and Prime SKUs across Simplified ITSM and CBS, including entitlement-driven experiences and flows.
    Product Hub experience enhancements
    Enhanced the Product Hub experience with updates to the Resources section and guided content.
    LitJS component support
    Enabled support for importing and using LitJS components within Now Assist Panel to support a consistent component framework.
    Configuration tracking and Admin Home guidance enhancements
    Enhanced configuration tracking and updated Admin Home banners and messaging to provide improved visibility into updates and guide users through setup tasks and implementation milestones.
    Zero-touch implementation enhancements
    Expanded zero‑touch installation to automatically install Setup Hub with selected applications and plugins for new ServiceNow customer in supported non‑production instances, with installation status tracking and readiness for configuration.
    Configuration Console page UI enhancements
    Enhanced the Configuration Console with search support, task management actions, configuration status indicators, and integrated Now Assist agent guidance.

    Activation information

    Install Setup Hub by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store.
