    Enhanced SLA Definitions for Reg E and Reg Z
    Improve regulatory adherence in your dispute workflow with the following enhancements to Reg E and Reg Z SLA definitions, ensuring timely dispute resolution and reducing regulatory risk exposure:
    • SLA tracking now anchors to the dispute report date instead of the case creation date.
    • SLA timelines for Reg Z are updated to require the financial institution to resolve the dispute within two complete billing cycles or 90 calendar days from the dispute report date.
