We invite customers, partners, and industry leaders who have compelling stories, hands-on expertise, or thought leadership related to the Now Platform and AI innovations to submit proposals. 
What types of sessions are you looking for?

We’re seeking sessions that highlight breakthrough business outcomes, demonstrate AI in action, showcase best practices, and inspire visionary thinking. The types of sessions could be:

  • Customer stories that spotlight measurable impact 
  • Hands-on expertise to help others accelerate adoption and innovation 
  • Thought leadership that pushes the boundaries of what’s possible with AI + ServiceNow. 
  • Collaborative sessions that spark conversation and peer-to-peer learning 
How do I create a strong session proposal?

To help you create a strong session proposal, make sure your proposal addresses the following:

  • What main challenge or opportunity does your session address? 
  • What are the 2–3 most important takeaways for attendees? 
  • What makes your perspective or solution unique compared to other sessions? 
  • Will your session be conversational or slide-driven? (If slides, how many, and what’s the estimated length?)
