    • Intelligent Approvals is built for organizations where approval processes are governed by internal policy documents. Today, translating those policies into approval rules requires developers to manually interpret policy language, configure conditions, and maintain rules as policies evolve. This is time-consuming, error-prone, and creates a persistent gap between what the policy says and what the system enforces.
    • Intelligent Approval policies uses AI to read your natural language policy documents and determine when and to which records the approval criteria should be applied. When an approval is submitted, the system evaluates it directly against your natural language policies — automatically approving, rejecting, or falling back to existing approval workflows for human review based on the criteria defined in the document itself. This eliminates the manual configuration cycle, reduces misconfigured approvals, and ensures that what gets enforced in the system matches what's written in the policy.
    • The result is faster approval setup, fewer compliance gaps, and less ongoing maintenance for your development team. Intelligent Approvals closes the loop between policy intent and approval behavior.
