- The Manufacturing Recall Claim Management Advanced store app includes all the user experience elements required to render the recall campaign and it’s various phases and sub-phases on the CSM/FSM workspace.
- A recall manager can initiate a product recall campaign, add impacted assets to the campaign record and corrective actions that need to be taken when the asset is brought in to the service center for repairs. This campaign can be rolled out in multiple phases and sub-phases. This application includes the user interface element that lets the recall manager define multiple levels of phases and sub-phases. The recall manager assigns the impacted assets to these phases and sub-phases and this feature allows for a phased rollout of the recall campaign.
- Impacted assets can be assigned to phases or moved from one phase to another.
