David is a user researcher and storyteller with over 5 years of experience designing and researching for product innovation. At ServiceNow, he is leading the research for Operational Technology (OT) and SecOps. He is passionate about partcipatory design methods, empowering and working with end users in the product development process. In the past, his research had informed the development of wireless gaming headset at Logitech and the curriculumn design at Duolingo. Outside of work, you can find him playing tennis and badminton competitively and creating instagram stories.
