Raymond Wong is the country manager for ServiceNow Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles across software, services, and cloud operations in Singapore and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations region. He’s led major digitalization initiatives for government agencies, financial institutions, and large enterprises, affecting key areas such as healthcare, transportation, and public safety in Singapore.
Raymond is active in national and industry-level programs, including SkillsFuture and small and medium enterprise digitalization efforts. He contributes to the tech community through sales coaching, leadership mentoring, and promoting human-centric design thinking.
