Pablo Stern is Senior Vice President & General Manager of ServiceNow’s Technology Workflow Products which include Service Mgmt (ITSM), Operations Mgmt (ITOM), Cloud Observability, Strategic Portfolio Mgmt (SPM), Asset Mgmt (ITAM), Security, and Risk (IRM) businesses. Prior to joining ServiceNow he held CTO, engineering and business leadership roles at Microsoft, Symantec, Veritas, and various startups. Pablo holds dual degrees in Engineering and Computer Science with High Honors from Dartmouth, and has completed the Stanford Executive Program.
