Upgrading Considerations
Before upgrading to version 1.10.0 or later of this connector, you must disable reconciliation rules for tables extending the Application [cmdbciappl] table. This prevents conflicts where Apache web server discovery sources might stop other discovery sources from updating those tables. Detailed guidance is available in the Now Support Knowledge Base article KB1649455.
Configuration
Configure the connector connection using the Service Graph Connector (SGC) Central view available in the Service Graph Workspace or CMDB Workspace. This interface allows you to discover, install, and manage connectors through their full lifecycle, including editing, monitoring, and debugging connections.
Note: The guided setup method is planned for deprecation; therefore, use SGC Central for configuration unless encountering specific configuration issues.
Monitoring and Management
The Integration Commons for CMDB store app provides a comprehensive CMDB Integrations Dashboard. This dashboard offers a centralized view of integration status, processing results, and error tracking for all installed integrations, including Dynatrace. It supports filtering by integration, time duration, and specific integration runs, allowing effective monitoring of your Dynatrace integration health and performance.
