    Activate the Proactive Triggers feature.

    注:
    For new customers onboarding from Vancouver onward, the chat widget is only accessible to authenticated users by default. To allow unauthenticated users to access the chat widget, you must enable the $sn-va-web-client-app and sn_va_web_client_app_embed pages for public access. For more information, see Make UI pages public or private.

    The following steps provide a high-level overview of the Proactive Triggers configuration process.

    1. Navigate to Conversational Interfaces > Settings > General, and then select the View All button next to Proactive Triggers's Rules.
    2. Select New to create rules and define actions that are triggered by those rules.
    3. オプション: Navigate to Conversational Interfaces > Settings > General, and then select the View All button next to Proactive Triggers's Trigger types.
    4. オプション: Select New to create custom trigger types.
    5. オプション: Create multiple rules related to the same trigger type, if needed.
