The event takes place during Sales Kickoff 2026, Tuesday, January 20 – Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the following location:

Mandalay Bay

We will begin with the Partner Keynote on Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., and conclude with the Final Night Party on Thursday. Partners should arrive by Tuesday morning (before 11:00 a.m.) and depart Friday, January 23.
How do I register? Can I cancel my reservation after registration?
Register using the link in your invitation. Payment receipts are sent within 2–3 business days. 

Online pass purchases are refundable (minus a $150 USD processing fee) until January 15, 2026. Order form purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after January 15, 2026.
What's included with my pass?
Your pass includes access to nearly all Sales Kickoff | Partner Kickoff activities like keynotes, partner breakouts, and networking. The following meals are included:

Tuesday: Light lunch & dinner
Wednesday: Breakfast & lunch (dinner on your own/with sales teams)
Thursday: Breakfast, lunch & dinner
Which sessions should partners attend? Can we host our own events?
Participation is mandatory—attendance at keynotes, sessions, and networking opportunities is part of the registration terms. With the exception of Wednesday evening, partners may not host ancillary activities, including private meetings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, receptions, or parties.

Wednesday evening is the one designated time for partners to host private events or dinners with ServiceNow Global Field Team and executives. Outside of this timeframe, please refrain from planning or hosting additional activities.
Will there be opportunities to meet with ServiceNow Global Field Team and executives?
Yes. Partners can connect with the Global Field Team and executives during meals, breaks, and in the Meeting Center. More details on scheduling these meetings will be shared in the coming weeks.
How should I plan my travel and hotel stay?

Partners are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations. These costs are not included in the event pass. Once you’ve registered, you’ll gain access to the exclusive SKO and PKO housing block. Please note that rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shuttles are not provided between Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and the hotels. You are responsible for arranging your own transportation. There will be shuttles provided to transport you from the dedicated room block at MGM Grand to Mandalay Bay.
When should I reserve my hotel room?
The deadline to reserve a room in our dedicated block at MGM Grand is December 23, 2025. Please note that rooms may sell out prior to that date, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible.
