Blake McConnell is SVP of Industry Products, whose primary role is to support ServiceNow’s industry-specific product strategy, working in concert with Sales, Marketing, Alliance & Channels, Product Success and Customer Success. Formerly, Blake led Employee Workflow Products, having joined ServiceNow in May 2017.Prior to ServiceNow, Blake served as COO of Dell EMC’s Emerging Technologies Division. Prior to Dell EMC, Blake spent 10 years at VERITAS / Symantec running product management for backup and recovery and for enterprise security, as well as leading various business development, alliances and strategy teams.Blake holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
