Ishant is a Director of Platform Automation at ServiceNow with over 13 years of experience digitizing and automating enterprise workflows. Currently, he focuses on accelerating workflows that drive services offered to our employees, customers, and partners using Now Platform capabilities, including Process Mining, RPA, Document Intelligence, Integration Hub, and App Engine Studio. Ishant also manages governance around our implementation of ServiceNow. Previously a partner, he helped enterprises transform and digitize their business processes using the Now Platform.
