Scott Marshall is the lead architect for ServiceNow's Developer Productivity organization. In this role he helps create systems and processes that enable ServiceNow's product and engineering teams build innovative and reliable applications. The ServiceNow platform is at the center of much of his work. He has been with ServiceNow for fourteen years in various roles across Technical Support, Engineering, and Developer Productivity.
