    • Feedback task notification is sent to the feedback provider once the resolution is provided.

    A notification email is sent to the Feedback provider when a Feedback task is marked as Resolved and completed.

    Feedback email displays the feedback response and the resolution provided.

    The notification email contains the date and time of the Feedback provided, any Feedback response added with it, and the resolution details.
