tools of Talent Development such as learning, growth plans, mentoring to build new skills or bridge existing skill gaps.
Before you begin
- Role required: sn_mh.manager_hub_user
- Ensure that the Skills Foundation application is installed.
- Skills or job role implementation is mandatory. This is driven by a system property. If this is set to false, the Skills tab does not appear in Manager Hub.
Procedure

Navigate to .
The Employee Center portal opens.

Open .

In the Skills Summary section, view all skills, top strengths, and areas of growth of your team.

In the Skills distribution section, view skills possessed by your team, across all proficiency levels, by job functions.

From the Skills Expectations section, view score percentages of an employee based on an employee's validated skills and proficiencies, compared to their role-based skill requirements.

In the Skills being learned section, view employees who are pursuing a specific skill.
