Set the job proficiency level automatically

  • Set the proficiency level automatically for the skills across jobs based on the skill level type and role group.

    Before you begin

    The job level progression must have been defined. For more information, see Creating a job level progression.

    Role required: sn_skills_int.admin

    About this task

    Note:
    If no configuration is created for the proficiency level, the default configuration is applied to all the progressions.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Job Architecture > Role Groups.
    2. Select Proficiency Autofill Configuration.
    3. Select New.
    4. On the Proficiency autofill form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Proficiency level autofill configuration form.
    5. Select Submit.

    Run the scheduled job Role level skill proficiency autofill to populate the proficiencies automatically.
