Enable Agent Chat in Now Mobile

  • Activate the Chat quick action so that your new hires can chat with a live or virtual agent.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_le.admin

    Make sure that live and/or virtual chat are set up for use in the Employee Service Center.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Mobile > Applet Launchers.
    2. Open the Onboarding Homepage record.
      Open the record for the Mobile Onboarding app.
    3. In the Body related list, under the Quick Actions Menu Maps section, open the Chat record.
      Open the Chat record.
    4. Select the Active option to activate the quick action for use.
    5. Click Update.
