Skill details of an employee

Get a deeper understanding of skill details of an employee, proficiency levels, and gaps.

On an employee card, when you select and select the View skills option, the Skill details page appears. In this page, you can:

• View the skills possessed by an employee and proficiency levels of each skill.
• Filter skills by validated versus unvalidated skills.
• Sort skills by name or skill gap (High to Low) or (Low to High).
• Assign a learning course to the employee when the proficiency level of a skill is low. Select and select Assign learning. Only the courses related to that skill are displayed for selection.
• Select a skill to view the skill activities fly-out. The skill activities fly-out allows you to review activities such as courses, aspirations and growth plans that contribute to skill proficiency.
