Display your assistant on Platform or ServiceNow Studio

  • Use a chat experience for your Now Assist panel - Platform (default) assistant or Now Assist panel - Developer assistant.

    手順

    1. Select a chat experience for your Now Assist panel - Platform (default) assistant.
      For Now Assist panel - Developer assistant, go to step 2.

      For Now Assist panel - Platform (default) assistant, new customers only have access to the enhanced chat experience. For more information on enhanced chat for Now Assist panel - Platform (default) assistant, see Now Assist panel.

      1. The Add ServiceNow platform > Unified Navigation app shell is preselected as the display experience. If you're using the standard chat experience, you can change it to the enhanced chat experience. However, changing it to the enhanced chat experience can't be undone. If you're a new customer, the Unified Navigation App Shell isn't preselected, and you will have to select it from the Add ServiceNow platform drop-down menu.

      2. Select the ellipsis if you want to change the chat experience from standard chat to enhanced chat.
        重要:
        Switching to enhanced chat is permanent and can't be undone after you have selected Save and then Save and continue. If you're a new customer, enhanced chat is the only option.

        Select enhanced chat from the modal.
    2. Use ServiceNow Studio with standard chat for your Now Assist panel Developer assistant.

      ServiceNow Studio with standard chat is the only available display experience for the Now Assist panel - Developer assistant.

    3. Select Save and continue.
