Sales Kickoff 2026 (SKO26) takes place Tuesday, January 20 – Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the following location:

Who can attend?
Sales Kickoff is invitation-only, mandatory, and limited to quota-carrying Global Field team members over the age of 21. Many events will require a government issued ID. No guests will be allowed to attend any portion of SKO26.
What can I expense?
For complete information regarding travel expense reimbursement, review the SKO26 Travel and Expense Policy.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
To be reimbursed for your travel, please schedule your arrival as indicated on the travel grid in your invitation. Please note that early departures must be approved by your SVP.
How do I book air travel?
Air travel must be booked using the regional booking tool/CWT to be reimbursed. Please note that manager approval is not required to book flights to SKO26.

How do I book my hotel accomodations?
Register and book your hotel through the SKO26 website during registration. Do not book with the hotel or via the regional booking tool/CWT. Bookings made outside of the event registration system will not be reimbursed.

You’ll receive a hotel confirmation email after booking. Look out for final hotel details (e.g. confirmation number) in the Know Before You SKO email in January.

What is the weather like in Las Vegas? What should I wear?
Average temperatures for Las Vegas in January are a high of 59°F/15°C and a low of 39°F/3.88°C. Temperatures can be unpredictable and the conference rooms can get chilly. We suggest business casual attire with warm layers and comfortable shoes for your time in Las Vegas with us.
