Romit Ghose is the vice president and general manager of technology, media, and telecom industry products at ServiceNow. He leads the organization that delivers products to serve end-to-end functions of customer service and sales customer relationship management, (including configure price quote, order management, and service delivery), field service, network operations, network inventory, network discovery, and assurance across the network and data center—all on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
