  • Predefined set of team request configurations are available to use after you have activated Manager Hub from ServiceNow Store.

    Table 1. OOB team requests configurations
    Request type Description
    cat_item Configuration to display items (of type hardware and software) that are requested by an employee in Manager Hub
    hr_service Configuration to display cases (except for employee relations cases) opened by an employee in Manager Hub.
