- Assigned learning lack of engagement: Identifies employees assigned learning courses for over a month who have not started or completed them. Requires the Learning Core application.
- Time since job change: Highlights employees whose current job role started 36 months or more ago to encourage career growth. Requires Human Resources Scoped App: Core plugin.
- Employee hasn’t taken PTO: Flags employees with significant unused paid time off (PTO) or who haven’t taken PTO in six months to promote work-life balance. Requires Human Resources Scoped App: Core plugin.
- New hire above average requests: Identifies new hires (within 30 days) who have submitted six or more HR or hardware/software requests in two weeks, highlighting potential onboarding issues. Requires Human Resources Scoped App: Core plugin.
