Delete an automation

  • Delete an automation to permanently remove an automated alert handling rule from your system.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin, evt_team_operator, or srm_responder

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the bottom of the navigation pane, select the AIOps configuration center icon ITOM AIOps configuration center icon.
      The ITOM AIOps configuration center page appears. The configuration center is a centralized workspace. Use it to configure and manage AIOps features from a single place.
    3. On the ITOM AIOps Configuration Center page, under the Optimize section, select the automation, such as Enrich alerts or Group alerts, from which you want to delete an automation.

    4. On the Alert Automation page, under Automation types, select the automation type that you want to delete, such as Ignore, Enrich, Group, or Respond.

    5. Select the check box next to the automation you want to delete, and then select Delete.

    6. In the confirmation window, select Delete.
      The alert is permanently deleted.
