Track a change request

    • The system generates a change request when you perform a life cycle operation on a stack or resource.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_cmp.cloud_service_user

    About this task

    Each change request is either approved by default or, if an approval policy is in place, is approved by a user that is on the approver list.

    Procedure

    1. Go to the Activities page or navigate to Cloud User Portal > View Activities, then select Track > Change Requests.
      Number Unique auto-generated number.
      Configuration item The affected CI.
      Category Cloud Provisioning and Governance
      Short description Text that was entered by the requester.
      Approval Status.
    2. In the Change Requests list, click an entry to view full details.
