Assign an administrator to Service Reliability Management

  • Add people from your ServiceNow instance to administer Service Reliability Management (SRM) and your service operations.

    Role required: admin

    About this task

    The SRM admin can add and create teams. They can also manage data across all SRM teams.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace Admin Center > Overview.
    2. In the Service Reliability Management tile, select Configure.
    3. Navigate to Assign admins > Service reliability management admins.
    4. Enter user names in the field.
    5. Select Save.
