Access the ITOM Configuration Console

Access the IT Operations Management Configuration Console to set up Discovery.

Before you begin

Verify the following:

• You're using the Zurich Patch 8 or later version of the ServiceNow AI Platform.
• You have installed the ITOM Visibility plugin. For more information, see Install ITOM Visibility using Setup Hub.
• You have installed the Now Assist for IT Operations Management plugin. For more information, see Install the Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugin.

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to Admin > Admin Home on your instance.
2. On the IT Operations Management tile, select View product overview.
   The IT Operations Management page in the Product Hub displays.

   

3. Select Configure.

   The Configure IT Operations Management page displays.
