    Key Features

    • Agent Status Monitoring: Visualizes agents that are currently up or down.
    • Data Collection Status: Shows which agents have data collection enabled or disabled.
    • CPU Threshold Monitoring: Identifies agents that have automatically stopped data collection after exceeding a configurable CPU usage threshold (set in acc.yml).
    • Agent Distribution Breakdowns: Displays agent distributions by version number, assigned MID Server, and operating system.

    Reports and Visualizations

    • Agent Status Breakdown: Pie chart showing deployed agents that are up or down, with interactive selection to view corresponding agent lists.
    • Agent by Data Collection Status: Pie chart highlighting agents with data collection on or off, with drill-down capability.
    • Silent/Off (auto) Agents: Line graph showing agents that stopped data collection due to CPU threshold breaches.
    • Agent by Version: Bar chart categorizing agents by their version numbers.
    • Agent by MID Server: Bar chart displaying agents according to their assigned MID Server.
    • Agent by OS: Bar chart showing agent distribution across operating systems.

    Use Case

The dashboard delivers critical operational insights for administrators and IT teams by providing real-time data on agent health and performance, helping to quickly identify issues, allocate resources, and maintain system stability.

The Agent Health dashboard provides visibility into the status and distribution of agents installed in your system. It allows you to quickly assess the number of deployed agents and their distribution, helping you prioritize your work more efficiently.

The following example shows the agents in your system that are currently up, which agents are configured to collect data, and which agents have stopped data collection due to having reached their CPU threshold (Silent/Off). It also displays the agents according to their version, OS, and connected MID Server.
