Sierra Plaut Senior Manager, HR Technology, Arrow electronics
Sierra is a Senior HR Technology Manager supporting the HR ServiceNow team at Arrow Electronics. She has a background in music education and taught in various capacities before moving into the technology industry. After teaching, she moved into Software Training and Product Consulting and then shifted into Project Management. Before joining Arrow, she was a Project Manager in the ethics and compliance space helping companies implement whistleblower programs. She has her master's in music and holds PMP and SCPO certifications.
