Administer Now Mobile

Configure the Now Mobile experience for your employees to enable them to access features from Lifecycle Events, Journey designer, and Agent Chat in their mobile devices.

Configure the different media sections to provide relevant content to new hires at different stages of the onboarding process. And you can enable chat so that new hires can chat with a live or virtual agent from within the app.

The following video provides an overview on how to configure the mobile onboarding.

• Select a Lifecycle Event for Now Mobile
  Select the Lifecycle Event that you want to use with Now Mobile. When an onboarding case for that event type is created, the new hire completes the to-dos that are associated with that case.
• Configure a media section for Now Mobile
  Configure one or more of the media sections for Now Mobile to provide relevant content to new hires at different stages of the onboarding process.
• Enable Agent Chat in Now Mobile
  Activate the Chat quick action so that your new hires can chat with a live or virtual agent.
• Configure Journeys for Now Mobile
  Configure Journey designer in Now Mobile to enable managers, mentors, and employees to interact with their journeys from their mobile devices.
