HR Service Delivery for mobile
The HR Service Delivery for mobile plugin enables employees to access HR Service Delivery features from their mobile devices.
Employees can view HR requests, discover knowledge articles, request help, complete HR tasks, chat with a virtual agent, and more.
View HR requests
Employees can view their HR requests from the Home tab by selecting My Requests.
Note:
If you're using the Now Mobile app with the Lifecycle Events for Enterprise [com.sn_hr_lifecycle_ent] plugin, hiring managers can track the onboarding progress of their new hires in a single and consolidated section. See Hiring manager experience for new hire onboarding for more information.
Request help
Employees can read knowledge articles and submit HR requests by navigating to the Help center tab and filtering by HR service.
Complete HR tasks
Employees can view their HR requests from the Home tab by selecting My Tasks. Supported task types include:
- HR tasks, such as signing electronic documents, uploading attachments, and watching videos.
- Lifecycle event tasks, including upcoming activities and rescind activities. See Lifecyle events for enterprise for more information on lifecycle events.
- Integration tasks, such as for the SuccessFactors, Docusign, or Adobe Acrobat Sign services. See HR Integrations for more information on third-party integrations.

Chat with a virtual agent
If enabled, employees can chat with a virtual agent. See Enable Live Agent in the Now Mobile app for configuration details.
Activation information
HR Service Delivery for mobile is automatically activated when you activate Case and Knowledge Management. If it is not activated, you can manually activate HR Service Delivery for mobile.
