Activate the analyze service health skill

The analyze service health skill uses generative AI to provide an analysis of all Service Observability dashboards for the selected service. You need to activate this skill before using it.

Before you begin

Before activating the AI skills, you must install the following:

• ServiceNow Otto for ITOM plugin. For more information, see Install the ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugin.
• Service Observability. For more information, see Install Service Observability.

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > AI Admin > Skills
2. On the navigation panel, select ITOM.
3. On the Analyze service health tile, select Activate.
