Karsten is an experienced senior executive who has helped several organisations successfully implement large-scale technology-enabled business transformations.In 2019 Karsten joined IAG’s Risk Transformation Program as the technology stream lead. Karsten was responsible for delivering a full suite of risk management capabilities using the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management. With the program now complete, Karsten now operates the IRM support organisation and risk analytics and reporting function, and sets and delivers the strategic roadmap for ongoing risk capability uplift.
