Having held pivotal positions at SAP, SAP Ariba and Coupa, she drove the creation of solutions tailored for Fortune 500 clients. Currently, Kirsten heads the Finance & Supply Chain Workflow Product Management team at ServiceNow, pioneering the establishment of a new workflow business for the company.
