As the Director of Software Engineering Management, Nitesh delivers scalable solutions for ServiceNow’s finance and people organizations. With deep expertise in ERP applications and upgrades, he has ideated and built several key integrations between ServiceNow and ERP applications. Additionally, he led the record-fast SAP S/4HANA migration at ServiceNow and daily works to improve productivity and experience across ServiceNow and our ERP systems. Previously, Nitesh held consulting roles and led SAP implementations and upgrades for Deloitte and LTI clients like Gillette, P&G, and Sysco.
