ServiceNow, Inc. (collectively with its subsidiaries, “ServiceNow”) keeps trust, integrity and teamwork top of mind in all that we do and is committed to always doing the right thing. We pride ourselves on conducting business in an ethical, legal, and socially responsible manner and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
The purpose of this Human Rights Statement is to enhance standards regarding business and human rights to achieve tangible results for individuals in the communities we serve, thereby contributing to a sustainable and thriving society. Among other sources of our value statements, we set forth tangible standards in ServiceNow’s Code of Ethics, Partner and Supplier Codes of Conduct, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and the ethical and responsible use of the personal data we collect. As these standards develop over time, among other items we look to for guidance is the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, where appropriate. This statement should be read individually and collectively as part of our ServiceNow policies and practices.

We believe the ethical use of data is a human rights concern and to that end, ServiceNow has established data governance committees that review, recommend and approve the company’s data strategy and directs ServiceNow’s ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Accountability For All
In order to foster an environment of trust and accountability, ServiceNow trains and encourages its employees to live by our ethical values.
