Walid joined ServiceNow in 2022 and leads the company’s Digital Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance (DT-GRC) function. He is building the program from the ground up and leading DT's transformation with a focus on shifting the organization’s posture from "reactive to proactive" risk management. With DT's Technology Risk Management Framework (the foundation) established in 2023, Walid is now focusing on expanding its scope to Data Risk Management, Cybersecurity Controls, and Regulated Market Compliance. Walid also leads DT’s AI Governance efforts to drive responsible AI use internally.
