My Learning
My Learning is a new and modern user portal that enables you to pursue courses that help you grow in all aspects of your career.
The Learning portal provides you with a bird's eye view of all your learning, courses, and achievements.
My Learning overview
The Overview page is the first page that you see when you access My Learning after navigating from Employee Center. Use this page to quickly identify learning that needs attention, visualize recent progress and recent achievements, view all recent activity, and resume any courses that are in-progress.
Discover
Use the Discover tab to find trending courses across your organization. You can browse through highlighted content promoted by the learning team, popular learning-related searches, and recommended content based on learners similar to you.
Activity
Use the Activity tab to view your entire content activity and history. You can leverage the functional lists of all content that you've interacted with from the beginning of your learning. Personal collections enable learners to save content into folders for easy reference and sharing.
Achievements
Use the Achievements tab to review the achievement badges that you've earned. You can view detailed achievement information. All achievement rules and criteria are created and managed in the back-end using Learning. For more information, see Create an achievement definition.
