In contrast with Zing search, the search engine used in previous releases, AI search is more interactive, helpful, and faster at finding the answers you need. Employees and opportunity owners can find answers quick and conveniently with features like auto-complete search queries, natural language support, and typo handling.

    When AI search is enabled via the ServiceNow® AI Search application, the Opportunity Marketplace app is able to leverage AI search and use its intelligent query features for all searches in the marketplace. With AI search enabled, the portal search engine captures information about the employee—such as their role, location, department, assets, and search history—and returns search results that are relevant and personalized. AI search also yields genius results that enable employees to interact directly with the search results that display the best answer for the search query.

    Employees and opportunity owners experience the benefit of generating more sophisticated search results when they use the following search fields to explore opportunities in the marketplace:
