Add a collaborator

  • Coordinate your in-office days with your co-workers. Add them as your collaborators and view the days that your co-workers are present at the office.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wsd_core.workplace_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the Presence dashboard.
      For more information, see the steps mentioned here.
    2. On the Presence dashboard page, open the Add Routine window by selecting Manage your settings.
      Note:
      If you’re visiting the dashboard for the first time, select Get Started.
    3. Optional: Add collaborators from the Suggested Collaborators section.
      Note:
      Suggested collaborators appear after you’ve added collaborators and reopened the Add Routine window.
    4. In the Collaborators section, search for the employee that you want to add as a collaborator.
    5. Select the employee from the search results.
      The employee is saved as your collaborator.

    Result

    The selected employees are added as your collaborators. You can view their in-office routine from the Employee Presence page.

    At any time, you can also remove a collaborator. For more information, see Remove a collaborator.
