Créer une connexion et des informations d’identification dans Agent virtuel Bot Interconnect

    • Créez une connexion et des informations d’identification dans Agent virtuel Bot Interconnect (instance principale) pour activer le chargement des pièces jointes dans le bot secondaire.

    Avant de commencer

    Rôle requis : admin

    Procédure

    1. Accédez à la Tous > Connexions et informations d'identification > Alias de connexion et d'informations d'identification.
    2. Cliquez sur l’enregistrement de pièce jointe de l’API VA de Bot Interconnect pour l’ouvrir.
    3. Dans la liste connexe Connexions, cliquez sur Nouveau.
    4. Remplissez les champs du formulaire.
      Champ Description
      Nom Entrez un nom unique, par exemple SNowSecondaryBotAttachment.
      Informations d'identification Laissez ce champ vide pour l’instant.
      Alias de connexion Utilisez la valeur par défaut.
      URL de connexion Entrez l’URL de votre instance secondaire. Par exemple, entrez https://secondary-instance-name.service-now.com/.
    5. Cliquez sur Envoyer.
    6. Accédez à la Tous > Connexions et informations d'identification > Informations d'identification.
    7. Sur la page Informations d’identification, cliquez sur Nouveau.
    8. Cliquez sur Informations d’identification pour l’authentification de base ou Informations d’identification OAuth 2.0 comme type.
    9. Remplissez les champs du formulaire.
      Champ Description
      Nom Saisissez un nom unique pour les informations d’identification. Par exemple, SNowSecondaryBotAttachmentToken.
      Informations d'identification pour l'authentification de base
      Nom d'utilisateur Entrez le nom d’utilisateur que vous souhaitez envoyer comme information d’identification d’authentification de base.
      Mot de passe Entrez le mot de passe que vous souhaitez envoyer comme information d’identification d’authentification de base.
      Informations d'identification OAuth 2.0
      Profil de l'entité OAuth Dans le champ Profil OAuth, sélectionnez le profil OAuth 2.0 qui spécifie les informations d’identification que vous souhaitez envoyer.
    10. Cliquez sur Envoyer.
    11. Accédez à la Tous > Connexions et informations d'identification > Alias de connexion et d'informations d'identification.
    12. Cliquez sur l’enregistrement de pièce jointe de l’API VA de Bot Interconnect pour l’ouvrir.
    13. Dans la liste connexe Connexions, ouvrez le nouvel enregistrement de connexion que vous avez créé lors d’une étape précédente.
    14. Dans le champ Informations d’identification , saisissez le nom de l’enregistrement qui contient le jeton statique ou le jeton de hachage.
      Par exemple, SNowSecondaryBotAttachmentToken.

      Vue de connexion HTTPS du bot secondaire ServiceNow. Les champs Informations d’identification et URL de connexion sont mis en surbrillance comme les enregistrements d’informations d’identification nouvellement créés et l’installation de l’API VA sur l’instance de bot secondaire.
    15. Cliquez sur Mettre à jour.
