Activate the analyze Service Observability dashboard skill

The analyze Service Observability dashboard skill uses generative AI to provide an analysis of a Service Observability dashboard. You need to activate this skill before using it.

Before you begin

Before activating the skill, you must install the following:

• ServiceNow Otto for ITOM plugin. For more information, see Install the ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management (ITOM) application.
• Service Observability. For more information, see Install Service Observability.

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > AI Admin Hub > Skills
2. On the navigation panel, select ITOM.
3. On the Analyze Service Observability dashboard tile, select Activate.
