Configure alert metrics

  • Configure the metrics you want to be visible for Service Operations Workspace alerts or use the metrics configured with the base system to focus on relevant data for faster troubleshooting.

    Before you begin

    Ensure you have the Metric Intelligence (sn_metrics_ng) plugin installed.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Event Management > Administration > Metrics View Configuration.

    2. On the Metrics View Configuration page, select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      For information on the fields, see Metrics View Configuration form fields.
    4. Select Submit.
