All ServiceNow integrations are available on the ServiceNow Store. Core applications, such as Policy and Compliance Management, are visible in the ServiceNow Products tab on the store. Content pack and integration add-ons are visible in the Certified Apps tab.
Before you begin
Role required: adminSore installation requires a Now Support account and have permission to request applications for the instances under consideration.
Procedure

Navigate to .

Locate the application you want to install and click Install.
- If you are installing the app to a sub-production instance, the application installs on the instance.
- If you are installing the app to a production instance, and you have a valid license (that is, you have entitlement to the application), the application installs on the instance.
- If you are installing the app to a production instance, and you do not have a valid license, a message is shown. Perform the following steps.

Click Find in Store to open the ServiceNow Store.

Locate the application and click its tile.

Click Get and enter your Now Support login credentials.

Click Request Install.
Note: For store applications developed by ServiceNow, the Get button is shown.

Click Request.
Enter the instance name and a reason for the request, then click Request. You are sent an email with detailed installation instructions.

Navigate to .
A list of applications available for installation is displayed.

Click Install.
Locate the application, select it, and click Install. Your application is automatically installed on your instance.
